The project:

As Facilities Co Ordinator, you will support the FM Lead and assist in the operation, maintenance, and performance of all project facilities across the site. This includes welfare buildings, utilities, accommodation zones, and temporary infrastructure. You will ensure that facilities are safe, compliant, cost effective, and capable of supporting the high pace of construction delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating day to day facilities management activities across the project site.
  • Supporting the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Managing cleaning, waste, utilities, catering, accommodation, security, and general site services.
  • Monitoring service provider performance and escalating any non compliance with contractual KPIs.
  • Assisting with FM reporting, inspections, audits, and tracking of statutory and HSE requirements.
  • Supporting asset management, inventory control, and work order systems.
  • Ensuring all FM operations align with Mace's health, safety, and wellbeing standards.

You'll need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities Co Ordination roles within construction, remote site, or large infrastructure environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple services simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with FM systems, maintenance processes, and contractor oversight.
  • Commitment to delivering a high quality, safe, and efficient site environment.
  • A team oriented mindset aligned with Mace's values and delivery culture.
