Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an FMCG Sales Representative based in Rai. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients to drive sales, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and providing feedback on market trends. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient handling of orders and deliveries while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Thorough understanding of FMCG sales practices and market dynamics.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to support strategy development.
  • Proven ability to maintain a customer-centric approach and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or sales roles is highly beneficial.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
