Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Follow-Up Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Follow-Up Specialist will oversee the tracking and coordination of client orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities will include maintaining effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, providing regular updates, and resolving operational issues related to the supply chain. Part of the role can be performed remotely, offering flexibility while ensuring excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or client management in a related industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is strongly recommended.
