Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Cairo Heliopolis, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards for all offerings. Responsibilities include planning menus, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing training to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Collaboration with other hotel departments is key to delivering an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and enhance guest satisfaction
- Experience in Training staff to ensure high performance and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management within hospitality environments
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance in food and beverage services
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage a dynamic team effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
