Position Overview
Pacha New York is seeking a highly experienced and operationally driven Food & Beverage Manager (Nightlife) to lead all food and beverage operations across one of New York's most iconic nightlife destinations. This role will oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of high-volume bar operations, VIP bottle service, service teams, and venue dining experiences within a fast-paced live entertainment environment.
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and service standards across all service periods, with particular focus on late-night operations. Working closely with Venue Leadership, Security, Programming, and Marketing teams, this position will ensure the seamless execution of events, performances, and large-scale nightlife programming while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across bars, VIP service areas, lounges, and dining outlets, ensuring seamless execution during high-volume nightlife events and performances.
- Manage nightly operations and service flow, coordinating closely with venue leadership, security, programming, and events teams to ensure efficient and safe venue operations.
- Recruit, lead, and develop F&B management and service teams, ensuring strong leadership, scheduling efficiency, and consistently high service standards.
- Drive revenue and profitability through effective management of bar sales, VIP table service, menu performance, labour planning, and inventory control.
- Maintain exceptional guest experience standards across all touchpoints, including premium VIP service and large-scale nightlife events.
- Ensure full compliance with New York State and New York City regulations relating to alcohol service, health and safety, and operational licensing.
- Partner with marketing, programming, and events teams to support major shows, artist activations, and special events while ensuring operational readiness for high-capacity nights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 68 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations within nightlife, high-volume venues, or hospitality groups.
- Strong experience managing large service teams in fast-paced entertainment environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-revenue bar and VIP service operations.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Deep understanding of New York nightlife culture and guest expectations.
- Experience with licensing, compliance, and responsible alcohol service regulations in New York.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary Range: USD 135,000 145,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
