Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server at our Jahra location. The primary responsibilities include taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Other duties involve handling customer inquiries, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy, and adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. The Food Server will act as a key point of interaction between the customers and the restaurant, representing Mughal Halal Tandoori with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent guest experiences and effectively interact with customers and coworkers.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service practices to serve dishes properly and ensure high standards of presentation and hygiene.
• Basic Cooking and food preparation understanding to assist in coordinating orders with kitchen staff when needed.
• Punctuality, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
