Food Truck Fabricator

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Food Truck Fabricator. The Food Truck Fabricator will be responsible for designing, assembling, and customizing food trucks in alignment with client specifications. Responsibilities include fabrication of vehicle components, installation of kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and performing quality control checks. The position will collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver functional, durable, and aesthetically pleasing food trucks.

• Proficient in vehicle fabrication, assembly, and welding
• Experience in installing kitchen and electrical equipment in vehicles
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on-site
• Experience in project management or working with custom designs is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is advantageous
