The Finance Manager is responsible for establishing and leading a world-class finance function for Seven Al Hamra Food Hall. The role ensures strong financial governance, accurate reporting, effective cash management, and commercial insight to support decision-making and drive profitability.
Reporting to the TGP Food Hall Director (with dotted reporting to CFO) and working closely with the Food Hall General Manager, this role supports both corporate-level financial control and on-site commercial performance, ensuring the Food Hall operates with financial discipline, transparency, and agility.
Core Responsibilities
Financial set up, Control & Governance Experience of starting Finance operation from scratch , ERP and process stabilization Having potential to scale up the Finance department was business scales up Establish, implement, and continuously improve financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements Ensure all financial deadlines (monthly, quarterly, annual) are met accurately and on time Review and approve monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements Reporting & Decision Support Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful month-end reporting to TGP and Food Hall management Provide financial analysis and commentary to support commercial and operational decision-making Develop performance dashboards for revenue, costs, and profitability Budgeting, Forecasting & Cashflow Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting process Work with the Food Hall GM and department heads to align financial targets with operational plans Manage cashflow and prepare cash forecasts to ensure liquidity and financial stability Payments, Collections & Financial Operations Oversee all payments, supplier settlements, and debt collection Ensure strong credit control processes with tenants and partners Maintain accurate AP, AR, and cash controls
Business Planning & Feasibility Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new sites, tenant changes, and commercial initiatives Support investment decisions, expansions, and capital projects Audit, Compliance & Statutory Reporting Manage relationships with external auditors Lead the year-end audit and ensure statutory accounts are completed on time Ensure compliance with KSA accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements Team Leadership Lead and develop an initial finance team, with responsibility for scaling the function as the business grows Build a high-performance finance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and business partnership Stakeholder Management Build strong working relationships with TGP leadership, the Food Hall GM, operators, and external partners Support financial requests and strategic projects
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
- 10 to 15 years plus, post-qualification experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or site-based operations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
- Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong understanding of cashflow, budgeting, and commercial finance
- Experience working with audits and statutory reporting
