Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Foreman with experience in interiors and fit-out projects to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations at construction sites.
Job Responsibility
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow on site.
- Supervise and guide construction workers and ensure that safety regulations are adhered to.
- Monitor project progress, quality of work, and compliance with project specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process and provide timely solutions.
- Keep detailed records of all construction activities, including materials used, labor hours, and progress reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Foreman in interiors and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials specific to interior and fit-out projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
