FOREMAN WASTE MANAGEMENT
Responsible to support the Supervisor in execution and delivery of waste management services, at site as per international standards.
About the Role
To ensure timely execution of waste management services.
Responsibilities
- Proper utilization of manpower, deployed at site.
- Coordination with Call Centre on operational activities.
- Preparation of estimation/quotation.
- To liaise with Clients.
- Update the Management about situations seeking attention.
- To schedule duties/overtime/leave of subordinates.
- Mobilize the team during emergencies.
Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Standard) is preferred.
- UAE Manual Driving License is a must.
- Dubai Municipality License is a must.
- Relevant EMS Certification is desirable.
Required Skills
- 3 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication Skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
- Must have Good computer Skills and telephone etiquettes.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Result Orientation.
- Planning & Organizing skills.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Adequate people management skills.
- Must be physically fit to perform the job as required.
- Age Group Must be between 25 years and 35 years of age.
