Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman with ready-mix concrete experience, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, ensuring the proper use of heavy equipment, and maintaining machinery. Additional duties include overseeing concrete pouring and finishing, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in concrete pouring and finishing is a Must
• Strong Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
