Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
- Move materials to and from storage areas and production lines.
- Perform routine inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize accidents.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to [insert weight]) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
