Salary: AED 6,000 10,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Responsibilities

Design efficient Formwork, Shuttering, and Scaffolding systems

Prepare shop drawings and technical design documentation

Perform load analysis and ensure structural safety compliance

Coordinate with sales, production, and site teams

Optimize designs to reduce cost and improve efficiency

Ensure compliance with international safety and construction standards

Requirements

25 years of experience in Formwork or Temporary Works design

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Knowledge of Revit / Tekla / SolidWorks is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
