An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Commercial Controller(FMCG) to partner with the Sales Director and lead Financial Planning & Analysis across the Middle East region.

This role offers strong regional exposure, senior stakeholder interaction, and the opportunity to shape financial strategy in a fast-moving commercial environment.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within a regional or multi-market environment
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting Sales or Commercial leadership
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience managing regional P&L reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and international teams
• 5-10 years of relevant experience with an FMCG Multinational
