Role Description

The Franchise Sales Manager will lead the expansion of the company's restaurant brands through new franchise partnerships across the UAE and GCC. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing qualified franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise development process, and supporting the successful establishment of new outlets to strengthen the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the franchise growth strategy across target markets.
  • Identify and attract qualified franchise partners through market research, networking, and business channels.
  • Evaluate franchise applications and conduct due diligence to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Lead negotiations, review agreements, and manage franchise documentation in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
  • Monitor and support franchise partners to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational guidelines, and financial performance.
  • Drive business planning, P&L review, and market expansion analysis for new territories.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of new franchise outlets.
  • Develop franchise sales and performance reports, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and conduct franchise training and development programs to build partner capabilities.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance the brand's visibility and value in the franchising sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise development or business expansion within the F&B sector.
  • Proven track record in managing franchise sales and development in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong understanding of franchise agreements, operations, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and execution capability.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

Objective: To expand the company's restaurant footprint through sustainable franchise partnerships and ensure consistent brand growth across key markets in the region.
