Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and acquire new clients across multiple UAE industries
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure
- Drive outbound sales using a hunter mindset, not dependent on inbound leads
- Convert cold and warm prospects into long-term paying clients
- Build and maintain strong industry networks, partnerships, and referral channels
- Represent the agency professionally in face-to-face client meetings across the UAE
- Maintain a consistent and predictable sales pipeline using structured follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a UAE resident with valid UAE residency
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in business development, client acquisition, and deal closure
- Demonstrated ability to win new business independently without reliance on inbound leads
- Established UAE decision-maker network with direct access to owners, founders, or senior management
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written
- Confident, well-presented, and persuasive communicator
- Highly motivated by commission, performance-based earnings, and results
- Strong resilience with the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Solid commercial awareness with the ability to identify and articulate business pain points
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Candidates with marketing execution, coordination, or backend roles should not apply
- Candidates based outside the UAE should not apply
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working with a digital marketing agency in the UAE
- Proven success closing deals for SEO, Social Media Management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC, Website Development, Branding, and Content Services
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and opportunity management
- Strong proposal writing and solution presentation skills
- Advanced negotiation and objection-handling capability
