Freelance Code Audit & Technical Due Diligence Specialist

We're looking for an experienced freelancer to conduct a comprehensive code audit and technical assessment of our platform. The goal is to evaluate security, code quality, and scalability, and prepare documentation for future investment.

Responsibilities

- Perform a full code audit using tools (Snyk, Black Duck, SonarQube)

- Identify security vulnerabilities, dependency risks, and code issues

- Deliver a clear audit report with fixes and recommendations

- Create a high-level system architecture overview

- Review IP and open-source licensing risks

- Contribute to a basic technical moat assessment

Qualifications

- Proven experience in code auditing and security analysis

- Familiarity with industry tools (Snyk, Black Duck)

- Strong understanding of system architecture

- Knowledge of open-source licensing and IP risks

- Startup or due diligence experience is a plus
