This is a hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexible opportunities to work from home. As a Freelance Communication & Public Speaking Trainer for TheVocalPod, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions focused on public speaking, effective communication, and workplace excellence. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing tailored training materials, mentoring participants to enhance their skills, and providing guidance on strategic communication techniques. You will also assist in preparing press releases, internal communication strategies, and supporting emotional well-being for learners in high-stakes situations.

• Effective Communication skills, including public speaking and interpersonal communication
• Proficiency in crafting and editing Press Releases and other external communication content
• Strong capabilities in Strategic Communications and developing communication plans
• Excellent Writing and Internal Communications skills
• Ability to provide actionable feedback and support for personal and professional development
• Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals or groups
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of techniques to support confidence-building and emotional well-being is an advantage
