HKW Wealth is seeking a skilled Freelance Market Analyst specializing in real estate to join our team in Dubai. As a Market Analyst, you will perform in-depth market research, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to guide investment and strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed market reports, assessing financial and market data, and supporting the advisory team with tailored insights. This on-site role requires consistent collaboration to align analysis with client objectives and optimize decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Market Analysis and Market Research to identify trends, assess opportunities, and evaluate risks.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess complex data sets and provide actionable solutions.
• Effective Communication skills, including report writing and presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance, including concepts such as investment analysis and portfolio strategy.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or equivalent is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Relevant professional experience in real estate markets or financial analysis is highly desirable.
