Freelance Motion Graphic Designer

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Freelance Motion Graphic Designer to design and produce highquality motion graphics and visual content for broadcast, digital, and promotional platforms. The role supports creative storytelling while ensuring alignment with brand identity, editorial standards, and media guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver motion graphics for news, programs, promos, advertisements, and digital platforms
- Translate scripts, concepts, and editorial requirements into compelling visual stories
- Create 2D/3D animations, titles, lower thirds, transitions, explainers, and visual effects
- Ensure all visuals comply with brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and broadcast specifications
- Collaborate with producers, editors, journalists, and creative teams to deliver highquality content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Update and refine graphics based on editorial or management feedback
- Stay up to date with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or other video editing tools
- Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition
Freelance Requirements
- Available on a project / daily / monthly basis
- Ability to work under tight deadlines (news or media environment preferred)
- Must share a portfolio or showreel (broadcast or motion work preferred)
