This is a remote contract role for a Franchise Partner at UNIPREP under Employer Connect. The Franchise Partner will oversee franchise operations, develop business strategies, manage franchise ownership processes, and ensure adherence to training protocols. Additional responsibilities include overseeing financial operations, driving sales efforts, and developing relationships with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

• Proven experience and skills in Franchising and business Ownership
• Strong abilities in Training franchisees and teams
• Knowledge and expertise in Finance and managing budgets effectively
• Demonstrated skills in Sales, marketing, and client relationship management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional leadership and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple responsibilities
