Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or work-from-home capacity.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices in India.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
