Freelance Sales Manager Luxury Handbags (B2B) Global
AYZAHD is an independent luxury accessories house dedicated to distinctive leather handbags.
We are a design-driven startup focused on premium craftsmanship, sculptural design, and modern luxury.
To support the global launch and growth of our handbag collections, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Sales Manager with a strong international B2B network in the luxury and premium segment.
Your Role
You will be responsible for introducing AYZAHD to selected premium retailers worldwide and driving B2B sales across key markets.
Your Mission
- Position AYZAHD as a desirable new luxury handbag brand in the global retail landscape
- Open doors to premium and luxury retailers through your existing network
- Manage and grow B2B relationships from first contact to deal closing
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure international retail partners (luxury & premium segment)
- Present AYZAHD to buyers, concept stores, department stores, and luxury platforms
- Manage B2B sales processes including negotiations, order coordination, and follow-ups
- Work with wholesale platforms such as JOOR (experience strongly preferred)
- Coordinate showroom appointments, buyer meetings, and market introductions
- Advise on market strategy, pricing, and positioning across regions
- Act as a strategic sales partner to the founder and brand team
Your Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or business development within luxury or premium fashion
- Strong existing international retailer network
- (Europe, Paris, UK, Middle East, Asia, USA)
- Experience with luxury handbags, leather goods, or accessories
- Familiar with wholesale tools, order sheets, and B2B platforms (JOOR a plus)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
