Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Senior Event Festival Director for an on-site contract role located in Al Ain. This role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of festival organization, from planning and coordination to the successful execution of events. Tasks include event management, developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Event Management and Event Planning, including experience in organizing large-scale events and festivals
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and execution, including resource allocation and timeline management
• Proven experience in Fundraising, building partnerships with vendors and suppliers
• Understanding and appreciation of cultural programming as part of festival planning
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Previous experience managing large events in the UAE or a similar region is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
