About the Role

We're looking for Freelance Service, UX, and Product Designers to join hybrid teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

You'll work on strategic and hands-on design projects, leading user research, journey mapping, and service design activities. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy collaborating across sectors, thinking strategically, and delivering meaningful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to Service Design, UX, and Product Design projects from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct workshops, user research, and journey mapping to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to co-create solutions.
• Deliver high-quality design outputs aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Provide expertise in design strategy, user experience, and service innovation.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a freelance or project-based setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must hold a Golden Visa or Freelance Visa (eligible to work in the UAE without sponsorship).
• Proven experience in Service Design, UX Design, or Product Design.
• Strong background working within government, banking, B2B, or B2C ecosystems.
• Skilled in facilitation, stakeholder management, and journey mapping.
• Based in the UAE and available for hybrid work in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
