The Freelance Trainer for Leadership Courses will conduct engaging training sessions tailored to participants requirements, focusing on leadership development and related soft skills. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include designing course materials, delivering impactful workshops, assessing participant progress, and incorporating feedback to improve training effectiveness.

• Proven experience in Leadership Training, Curriculum Design, and Workshop Facilitation
• Strong skills in Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge and application of Team Building, Coaching, and Mentoring techniques
• Proficiency in Research and Preparation to develop customized training content
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and independently manage schedules
• Experience with virtual training platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred
