Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Freight Forwarder Specialist. The duties involve managing freight forwarding and transportation operations for exports, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. The role also includes collaborating with customers, maintaining excellent customer service, coordinating with shipping agents, and monitoring and resolving logistical challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
• Skills related to Export and Forwarding processes
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with international shipping standards and procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage deadlines effectively
