Top Terminal Logistics is expanding into Egypt and we are looking for an experienced freight forwarding professional to lead our Cairo branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead branch operations and business development

Build and manage a high-performing sales & operations team

Develop relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and key clients

Drive revenue growth in the Egyptian logistics market

Ensure operational excellence and compliance

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics

Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and import/export operations

Proven leadership and sales track record

Strong industry network in Egypt

Ability to build and grow a branch from the ground up
