EGXPRESS Licensee of Federal Express (FedEx), is seeking a Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our company.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize internal and external tools to negotiate shipping freight rates with Carriers or Airlines.
- Exude the highest level of customer service to both internal and external business partners and set the expectations that the task given will be completed to their satisfaction.
- Expand and cultivate the Company's carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships.
- Generate new business leads through identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities.
- Provide customer quotations with a systematic follow up system.
- Prepare daily sales report and Quarterly business plan.
- Identify new opportunities and attract new customer.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs.
- Provide responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all clients freight loads are shipped on time.
- Follow up on client referrals.
- Work closely with operations and C.S team smooth and efficient customer care.
- Develop a database of prospective clients, as well as Account Management to retain and grow the existing client base.
- Ensure commercial visits have been done to generate business.
- Create and follow up pipeline reporting on CRM
- Ensure quality of operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor educational degree (Preferable Logistics field or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in the field of Logistics & Freight Forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
- Must have in-depth knowledge about the market and freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent English Language both written and spoken.
- V. Good in Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
