Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a French Agent. The French Agent will provide superior customer service through efficient communication in French, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring quality assurance, building strong client relationships, and maintaining accurate records of communications. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company policies are key aspects of this position.

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) and strong communication skills
