Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative located in Heliopolis. The role involves providing outstanding customer support via phone, managing inquiries, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining professional communication, addressing customer needs effectively, and contributing to service quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Proven ability to handle Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
