About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for identifying customers needs and providing fast, effective solutions. The role ensures that project quantitative and qualitative targets are met while delivering an high-quality customer experience.

Language Requirement: French account (Fluency in French is mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and chat in French
  • Provide accurate and timely support related to gaming products and technical issues
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with gaming community standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
  • Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent (gaming experience is a strong plus)
    • Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written)
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for gaming and understanding gamer expectations is a MUST
