French Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

We're Hiring: French Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented French Recruitment Specialist to join our team and support our recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating offers.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews in French to assess candidates language proficiency, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and provide regular recruitment progress reports.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
