Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a French Speaker - Customer Service Representative based in New Cairo. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering high-quality service. The role involves managing customer interactions over various communication channels, maintaining customer satisfaction, and aligning with company standards to improve overall customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French and English languages, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Customer service skills including problem resolution, active listening, and a customer-focused approach
  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple communication channels
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment
  • Capability to manage tasks under deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Fresh Grads, Gap year, Dropouts & Undergrads with no attendance can APPLY!
  • Fluency in French and English is a MUST B2/C1!
  • Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is a MUST!
