Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Customer Service Representative French Speaker located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional customer support in French, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients with various services. The representative must ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information, troubleshooting, and handling queries professionally. The role requires maintaining a customer-oriented approach while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken), along with good proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting or willingness to learn necessary technical skills.
