Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Agent at EGYPROPERTY, located in New Cairo. The Fresh Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property buying, selling, and renting processes. Daily tasks will include client communication, property searching and listing, market research, scheduling property viewings, and closing deals. Collaboration with clients to understand their real-estate needs and providing exceptional service are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals efficiently
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market and ability to conduct property market research
• Organizational skills to manage properties, schedules, and documentation effectively
• Customer service orientation with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a desire to learn and grow in real estate
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with New Cairo's real estate market is an advantage
