Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresh Agent at EGYPROPERTY, located in New Cairo. The Fresh Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their real estate needs, including property showcasing, client consultations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks will include property market research, coordinating visits, and providing professional guidance to clients to ensure successful transactions.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of property market trends and real estate industry practices
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze property details effectively
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing multiple clients
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with real estate tools is a plus
• Motivation to learn and adapt, especially for beginners in the field
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in real estate is an advantage
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a bonus but not required
