Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Fresh Agents located in New Cairo. Fresh Agents will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, conducting property tours, maintaining client relations, and providing accurate and updated information on available real estate options. The role also involves marketing properties, understanding client requirements, and professionally representing the company in all interactions.

• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn property sales, rentals, and real estate trends
• Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
• Ability to perform client-focused tasks with attention to detail and professionalism
• Problem-solving skills, collaboration capabilities, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in communication tools and use of technology
• Ability to work independently while meeting company standards and goals
• Relevant diploma or equivalent qualifications; prior real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
