Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for Fresh Agents who have recently graduated. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining a database of potential leads, building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates will also collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and familiarity with property sales and rental processes are an added advantage.
