Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Fresh Agents located in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients with property buying, selling, or renting needs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, and providing excellent customer service. Agents will be responsible for conducting property visits, networking to establish client relationships, and supporting clients throughout the entire transaction process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Customer service and relationship management expertise
• Proficiency in market research and knowledge of the real estate market
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work on-site in New Cairo and proactively engage with clients
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields is a plus
• Fluency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
