• Role - Call Center Agent - Collections ( Finance & Accounts Graduates )
• Type - Outsourced
• Contract - 6 months extendable
• Salary - 5000 - 5500 AED

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to recover outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
2. Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to ensure timely collections.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups in the system.
4. Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments while adhering to company policies and collection guidelines.
5. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial standards.
