This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Fresh Real Estate Agent. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, guiding them through the entire real estate transaction process. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, understanding market trends, researching property details, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also be actively engaging in sales activities and adhering to company practices and local real estate regulations.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including market trends and property valuation
• Proven ability in Sales and an ambitious approach to achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in utilizing technology and digital tools for marketing and client engagement
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in New Cairo
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus, but not required as training will be provided
