Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk and Sales Agent located in New Cairo. The role involves greeting and assisting members and visitors, managing front desk responsibilities, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Front Desk and Sales Agent will also assist with membership sales, promoting gym services, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proven Customer Service experience and the ability to handle member inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in managing Reservations and engaging with customers
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in sales or fitness-related roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in using front desk management systems or CRM software is desirable
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or fitness preferred
