Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Automotive Services)

Location: Dubai, Umm Ramool

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our car detailing and automobile services team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automotive or car care industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage customer interactions, bookings, and basic administrative tasks. Experience in social media content creation will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide clear guidance on services such as PPF, window tinting, ceramic coating, and other detailing solutions.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in clients promptly.
  • Schedule and manage daily appointments and booking calendars.
  • Communicate accurate information regarding services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Administrative & Accounts Support

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and receipts accurately.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly statements and petty cash management.
  • Maintain updated customer records, service logs, and documentation.
  • Follow up on pending payments and customer feedback.

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles before and after service.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Support the marketing team with posting schedules and basic audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (automotive, car detailing, service centre, or customer service).
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, accounting processes, and CRM systems.
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
  • Comfortable creating basic social media content (photos, reels, captions).
