Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk role based in new Cairo. As the first point of contact for the organization, the Front Desk professional will welcome visitors, manage phone inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The individual will perform receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks, while ensuring a positive experience for clients and guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficient in Computer Literacy and basic office software
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multitasking and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in front desk or administrative roles as a plus.
