Our team of licensed psychologists work collaboratively to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.

Role Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our team at Belle Vie Therapy & Wellness. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with experience in healthcare or clinic administration.

The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, processing payments and insurance claims, handling calls and emails, and providing day-to-day administrative support to our clinicians. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-centered attitude to ensure smooth daily operations.

Work schedule: 40 hours per week with 2 days off weekly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinic front-desk or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with clinic scheduling systems
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Knowledge of insurance claim procedures
