Job Description

Shift Clinics is looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day reception activities while ensuring every patient and visitor receives a professional, welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Manage bookings, inquiries, and patient data across multiple channels
  • Handle payments, daily reporting, and financial accuracy
  • Promote clinic services and packages
  • Support smooth patient flow across departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready reception area
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service
  • Experience in healthcare institutions, clinics, or hospitals
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Customer focus understands and meets internal and external needs
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Flexible to work in rotating shifts
