Shift Clinics is looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day reception activities while ensuring every patient and visitor receives a professional, welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Manage bookings, inquiries, and patient data across multiple channels
- Handle payments, daily reporting, and financial accuracy
- Promote clinic services and packages
- Support smooth patient flow across departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready reception area
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service
- Experience in healthcare institutions, clinics, or hospitals
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Customer focus understands and meets internal and external needs
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts
