Al Ahli Specialists Medical Centre is looking for a Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients, manage appointments, and ensure smooth clinic operations with a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness.

- Schedule, organize, and follow up on appointments to minimize no-shows.

- Answer phone calls and promptly respond to patient inquiries.

- Coordinate between patients and the medical team, including physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and more.

- Monitor patient satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

- Assist in attracting new patients and expanding the client base.

- Liaise with external entities, such as companies, schools, and insurance providers, as required.

- Support marketing activities and promote the center's services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Increase monthly appointment bookings.

- Reduce the no-show rate.

- Track new patient registrations and referrals.

- Maintain high patient satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Prior experience in the medical sector, preferably in rehabilitation centers.

- Experience or practical knowledge in Business Development and customer service.

- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

- Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
