We are hiring: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Real Estate)
We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role also includes basic office management responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage front desk operations and meeting room bookings
- Coordinate with agents for client appointments and walk-ins
- Handle couriers, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Office Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Support onboarding logistics (workstations, access, basic setup)
- Assist HR/Admin with day-to-day coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, organized, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Candidates with professional English (UK/European accent preferred)(US, British/Irish nationals preferred)
